The staff is super friendly and helpful. The selection at the breakfast buffet is great. The location is perfect. A little away from the center. If someone wants something a little quieter.

The room I had was a good size with a view of the Matterhorn. David and Daniel at the front desk were very friendly and exceptionally helpful. Great steam room and sauna. Also close to the gondola if you are skiing.

We stayed two nights, and the hotel upgraded us to a room with a view of the Matterhorn for free. The view was absolutely stunning; we could see the Matterhorn directly from our room! Thanks God the weather was perfect on the morning of check-out, and I clearly saw the sunrise，see the beautiful scenery of the mountains bathed in sunlight.
